Cajun Aioli

Outline of the state of Louisiana, Hot peppers, garlic, Seafood

$10

Aryeh’s Kitchen’s Cajun Aioli is the perfect complement to any sandwich, salad, or dip. It has a full flavor of garlic, mustard, chipotle peppers to identify with the Cajun family of flavors. Use it as a spread or a dipping sauce for a multitude of recipes.

Cajun= French descendants from eastern Canada that inhabited Louisiana in the early 1600’s. Their recipes have French, Spanish and African flavors that are rich but rustic.

One of my favorite, GAMEDAY, style sandwiches is a big ole Dagwood. Take a large loaf of French baguette bread, cut it in half at the equator and spread a generous layer of AK’s Cajun Aioli on both sides. Then layer thin sliced ham and provolone cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and pickles. Season with a dash of Italian dressing and black pepper…Boom. You can’t wait until halftime to eat this.

Spicy Peach Goodness

Aryeh’s Kitchen’s Spicy Peach Goodness is a wonderful balance of sweet ripe peaches, jalapeno peppers, ginger, and fresh citrus. It has a unique consistency between a chutney and a pureed sauce in which we called it Goodness. It brings home the taste of summer with a kick. You and your family will enjoy this on any table it is served.

Sunday dinners are meant for bringing the family together. Next Sunday, glaze your buffet ham with Spicy Peach Goodness. Brush the ham before it goes in the oven and graciously spoon the goodness over the ham just before you eat. The sweet and spicy flavors will make the dinner rememberable.

The other night, we grilled some beautiful bone in Pork Chops in the backyard. Just as I flipped the chops over, I spooned a healthy amount of Aryeh’s Spicy Peach Goodness on each one.
